Camden Leisure Centres Closure - National Lockdown Information
You can find more detailed information about the National Lockdown on the GOV.UK website for recent and upcoming changes.
Membership and Payment Information
If you are a leisure centre member there is no need to freeze of cancel your membership, as our leisure provider Better will not take any payment from you during the National Lockdown closure period, and will automatically stop your next Direct Debit, so you don't need to do a thing.
Due to the short notice of the move to National Lockdown some payments will be scheduled to be processed, and Better are unable to stop this collection. However, if this happens to you this payment will be held on your account - so you will not have to pay anything for your first month when leisure centres reopen.
If you have an annual membership, Better will automatically apply an extension to your account for the period our leisure centres are closed.
If your membership is currently frozen, there will be no change to your account so you will remain on a membership freeze. If your freeze is due to end during the four week closure, this will automatically be extended.
We are working hard in partnership with Better to ensure that all of our members are supported throughout this time, and we want to reassure you that we're doing everything we can to help. Better will be keeping in touch with updates while Camden remains in National Lockdown.
