Changes to bin collection times for summer
From 22 June to 4 September we'll collect your recycling or rubbish earlier than usual. Make sure your bins, boxes and bags are out by 6am if you live in a house or a flat without fixed collection times.
This is to help us provide a consistent service over the summer when we may need to start earlier due to the hot weather.
If you miss the earlier collection, you can report a missed collection to be picked up the following day.

Some houses have their rubbish collected every two weeks. You can contact Veolia to request a leaflet with your collection calendar or download a collection calendar on your properties service page. Enter your address and then select "Add to my calendar".
