Holborn is going through a some big changes so we have prepared a draft Vision and Urban Strategy. This sets out the Council's vision, key aims and guidance that can help shape the future of the area. 

A public consultation on the draft Vision and Urban Strategy was held 22 May-3 July 2019. You will find a summary of the responses and consultation material below:

What happens next?

Due to current uncertainty over Covid-19, we have paused work on the Holborn Vision. We hope to be able to progress this again soon. We will post an update here as soon as possible.
