The Council has decided to accept all of the Examiner's proposed modifications to the Plan. The Council will apply significant weight to policies set out in the 'referendum version' of the Plan. The Plan will proceed to a local referendum on 6th May 2021.
The Council appointed Ms Jill Kingaby BSc (Econ) MSc MRTPI to undertake the examination for the Camley Street Neighbourhood Plan.

Draft Plan Submission
Camley Street Neighbourhood Forum has submitted its proposed Neighbourhood Plan to Camden Council. Consultation on this document has now closed.

What happens next?
A local referendum is expected to be held on 6th May 2021. If the majority of residents vote to support the Plan's use in making decisions on planning applications, it will become part of the statutory development plan in the Camley Street neighbourhood area.
Camley Street Area and Forum applications
On 21 February 2014 the Council approved the designation of the Camley Street Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum. Public consultation on the associated applications took place between 31 October and 13 December 2013.
