What happens next
A member of our damp and mould team will visit your home within 10 working days. They will assess the mould and agree on the next steps.
Preventing mould
Mould in the home is often caused by condensation. This is when there is too much moisture in the air from things like cooking steam or damp washing. If there is poor ventilation, the moisture forms water droplets on cold surfaces. This dampness can cause mould to grow.
