If you are aged 60 or over, there are low or no cost fitness classes you can join in Camden.

Over 60s Fitness 

Castlehaven Community Association run the Ageactivity 60+ programme. There is an annual membership fee of £25 and the offer to try a class before you buy. 

Our over-60s fitness classes are a fun, social way to stay active. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already a regular mover, our experienced tutor Tony will be there every step of the way to provide guidance and support.

FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite Strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and you don’t need a partner.

Men’s Shed

Free to members, yearly membership £10

Since its launch last October 2022, this Men’s Shed has become a popular venue with a wide range of different classes targeting older people such as Yoga, Gym, Swimming and Badminton. There is even a social cafe at 2pm on Tuesdays. If you are an older man and interested, please contact Third Age Project. To join you will need to link into the TAP Men’s WhatsApp group via a smartphone. Limited Spaces, booking essential. Men only.
