What enhanced tenant means
If you are an enhanced tenant, then we will try to prioritise your repair request. We will look for the earliest possible appointment and move your appointment forwards if another slot becomes available.
Who can apply
You can apply to become an enhanced tenant if you are:
- 65 or over
- in sheltered housing
- receiving a care package

If you meet the criteria for an enhanced tenant, then call our housing services department on 020 7974 4444 Option 5.
Repairs that are your responsibility
Some repairs are your responsibility as a tenant. If you are over 65, disabled or vulnerable you can use the Wish Plus service which completes home repairs for a small fee.
