Tybalds Estate
The CIP Development team are working with residents to deliver the Tybalds regeneration programme.
The programme includes 56 new homes; including 28 social rent/affordable homes; significant landscaping improvements; improved access to some existing blocks and a purpose-built community centre with two hall spaces.
Phase 1a of the programme began work on site in March 2023, to create ten new ground floor social rent homes. Six of these homes are wheelchair-living flats.
