QA score of 89 for first six months of 2020

  • The overall Quality Assurance (QA) of 89 is higher than the industry benchmark of 81.1. The QA score measures the credibility and usability of the website.
  • Camden scores particularly highly with respect to the quality of information presented to users is, how quickly users can understand content, user retention and security.
  • The user experience score is good but we are working to improve it further by addressing content on our site which has a relatively high reading age.
  • The first six months of 2020 were dominated by rapid development of new sections of COVID-19 content, the score shows we maintained quality in doing so.
