Adoption
In July 2017 the Council adopted the Camden Goods Yard Planning Framework as a Supplementary Planning Document. The framework is designed to help guide future development in the area. It is an important consideration when assessing planning applications.

Morrisons Superstore and Petrol Filling Station
- Since the adoption of the framework, planning permission has been granted for the Morrisons Superstore and Petrol Filling Station. This is subject to a section 106 legal agreement. This is a key part of the framework area.
