Creating an inclusive workspace

Over the past few years we have been committed to becoming an inclusive organisation. We have taken action to create a workplace where everyone feels they belong. We’re proud of the work we have done so far and encourage local businesses to do the same.

Inclusive Business Network 

We want Camden businesses to be part of Camden Council’s Inclusive Business Network. It is a forum to collaborate and share good employment practices. 

The network is free to join, and you can access: 

  • tools  
  • resources 
  • free recruitment support  
  • free training on a broad range of employment related topics

Good Work Standard

We are proud to be an accredited Good Work Standard employer and wants to encourage all businesses in Camden to engage with the Good Work Standard. The Good Work Standard is a free accreditation programme that provides employers with a set of best employment practices. It also provides information and resources to help achieve them, including:

  • higher levels of employee engagement and motivation 
  • increased productivity 
  • cost savings 
  • reputational gain
