CIL Examination
Camden submitted revisions to its CIL charging schedule to an Examination in Public on the 19th February 2020.
The council appointed an Independent Examiner through Trevor Roberts Associates (TRA). The Independent Examiner is Terry Kemmann-Lane, JP DipTP FRTPI MCMI.
A virtual Hearing via Zoom on took place Wednesday 27 May 2020.
The Examination has been concluded and the findings can be viewed in the Examiner's report here.
Camden intends to adopt the revised schedule as set out in the Examiners report later this year. A formal Council decision will be required to do this.
