Decision Statement

The Council has decided to accept all of the Examiner's proposed modifications to the Plan. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, neighbourhood planning referendums are currently postponed until 2021. Up to the referendum, the Council will apply significant to policies set out in the 'referendum version' of the Plan.

Draft Plan Submission

Camley Street Neighbourhood Forum has submitted its proposed Neighbourhood Plan to Camden Council.  Consultation on this document has now closed.

What happens next?

A local referendum is currently on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When a neighbourhood plan has been approved at referendum, it becomes part of the development plan for the neighbourhood area. 

 

Camley Street Area and Forum applications

On 21 February 2014 the Council approved the designation of the Camley Street Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum. Public consultation on the associated applications took place between 31 October and 13 December 2013. 

The 2014 approved applications can be viewed below. They show the area in which the neighbourhood planning powers apply.
