How to register your association
By registering your tenant and resident association (TRA) you will receive formal recognition from the council and your local District Management Committee (DMC), and benefit from engagement and funding opportunities.
Before you start
To register your TRA you will need to provide documents showing how your group meets the necessary requirements. You can use our example documents or submit your own. When filling in the registration form you will need to upload your group's:
- annual accounts (xlsx 15KB)
- attendance list
- independent Observer form (doc 47KB)
- constitution (doc 33KB)
- code of conduct (doc 58KB)
- equalities statement (doc 29KB)
- annual general meeting minutes
