As well as being the centre for our Council offices, the award-winning new Council building has several accessible public facilities, including:
Disabled parking bays are provided on Camley Street and on Pancras Road, near the entrance to 5 Pancras Square.
By selling old inefficient buildings, we are able to provide these new community facilities at no additional cost to Camden’s tax payers.
5 Pancras Square will reduce energy costs and cut carbon emissions by an estimated 64%. This would lead to projected annual savings of more than £500,000.
By bringing the majority of our office based staff to one site, we are able to save money and work together to deliver better services for you.
