Highgate Newtown
The redevelopment of Highgate Newtown will deliver a new community centre, sports hall and premises for Fresh Youth Academy. In addition to these new facilities, the project includes new homes, a number of which will be at affordable Camden Living rents.
The new community centre is being designed to offer a flexible space that can host a wide variety of sessions and activities, available for hire by the local community and suitable for all ages. The proposed designs also meet high standards of sustainability and are low maintenance to help reduce running costs.
Camden has also worked closely with Fresh Youth Academy to develop designs that meet needs of young people in the area.
