248-250 Camden Road
The existing hostel accommodation at 248-250 Camden Road is being redeveloped into temporary accommodation for homeless families.
The redevelopment will provide 39 new temporary homes for families. The building will be 4-6 storeys in height, with an external stairwell and rear balconies to all levels. There will be 2 single storey garden buildings along with tree and landscaping works to encourage use of the outside space.
The accommodation has been designed to provide users with modern, fit for purpose premises that include fully fitted out kitchens and bathrooms with all the essential amenities.
The new facilities will also provide much improved communal and outdoor amenity spaces for families to enjoy and spend time in.
