Bourne Estate
Completed in 2018, the Bourne Estate redevelopment delivered 75 new homes to Holborn, including 34 council homes and 10 affordable Camden Living rents.
In addition to the new homes, the Community Investment Programme has funded a new Tenants' and Residents' Association (TRA) hall and other improvements to the estate including a play area in the new courtyard.
Complementing the Grade II listed design of the original Bourne Estate, the redevelopment project won a RIBA London Design award in 2018. It was also nominated for a New London Architecture award in the same year, praising in particular the high quality of the mixed tenure homes.
