We are sorry but you do not qualify for the self-isolation payment

This is because of one or more of the reasons below:

• The payment is only available for people who have been told by the NHS Test and Trace Service to self-isolate because they have tested positive for Covid 19, or been in close contact with someone who has.
• The payment is only available for people who are employed or self-employed.
• The payment is only available for people who are not able to work from home during the isolation period.
