Street Name Plates

Camden Council are responsible for ensuring that street name plates within the borough are provided and fitted in suitable positions. However, in the case of a new development, the developer is responsible for the erection of name plates to our specification.

We are also responsible for the repair and maintenance of street name plates when this becomes necessary either due to accidental damage, vandalism or normal wear and tear. We have an ongoing programme to update and replace damaged street name plates.

How can I report a problem with a name plate?
