As part of the Council’s commitment to tackling Anti-Social Behaviour we are using the legal mechanisms contained within the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

One of the parts of the Act that the Council is currently using is Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs). People who breach these PSPOs can be fined using a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN). The following PSPOs are currently in place:

PSPO prohibiting public urination across the London Borough of Camden (Dated 19/05/2016)

PSPO prohibiting anti-social behaviour involving pedi-cabs in wards south of Euston Road, in the London Borough of Camden (Dated 18 October 2016)

PSPO prohibiting anti-social behaviour associated with irresponsible dog ownership across the London Borough of Camden
