Shelter Housing Advice
Shelter’s London Hub offers a London wide advice, support and guidance service on any housing or homelessness issue.
For help please call Shelter London on 0344 515 1540. You will get immediate advice over the telephone on your situation and, if you need further ongoing assistance, your case will be allocated to a caseworker and/or you will be booked in for a face to face appointment.

Mary Ward Legal Centre
The Mary Ward Legal Centre provides free, independent advice to people who live and work in London to help them access their legal rights and entitlements.
Face to face contact is currently closed but an extended telephone service is available Monday - Friday 10am – 4-30pm.
Camden Federation of Private Tenants (CFPT)
Run by and for private tenants in Camden CFPT is not a funded advice agency but does support tenants to solve their individual problems and refer people to other services, organisations and advice agencies where appropriate.
Office currently open on a part-time basis.
Age UK Camden
Age UK Camden is an independent charity working in Camden to offer support and services to older people.
Currently face to face visits have been suspended and will remain so until we are advised it is safe to resume. Advice service is running and clients should access via telephone and email.
University of London Housing Service
Housing advice service for students studying in London at these member institutions and staff working directly for the University of London.
Currently only offering telephone appointments as offices are closed (Mon – Fri / 10am-5pm).
Provides specialist help to tenants who want to make a Rent Repayment Order (RRO). Offers free help with DIY applications as well as a paid representation service (20% fee).

We are looking for volunteers to take part in a Private Renter Forum, which will help inform the way in which the Council engages with tenants in the future.
We’ve had a good response from private renters signing up, but it’s not too late to take part.
