We have updated the conservation area appraisal and management plan for the Fitzjohns/Netherhall Conservation Area, adopted on 19th December 2022.

This document will be used in the assessment of planning applications for proposed developments in the Fitzjohns/Netherhall Conservation Area.
The draft appraisal went out for public consultation for six weeks from 7th February to 20th March 2022.
The previous Fitzjohns/Netherhall conservation area appraisal and management strategy was adopted 2001.
