Kilburn Library is open for customers to browse and choose their own books and to use our public computers and study spaces.

You don’t need to book a computer in advance, PCs are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Access is limited to two hours per day.  You can also scan, print and photocopy documents. View the Acceptable Use of Public Computers policy (PDF).

You can return any outstanding books, DVDs or CDs on loan within the opening hours.

We also offer a range of activities for our library users, see: What's on this month

Did you know you can borrow household, gardening or DIY appliances from the The Library of Things rather than buying new. If you are only going to use a particular tool or device once, this is a green way to complete your task. The Library of Things is at Kentish Town Library and access is between 10am and 12 noon. You will need to join the library to use the service.

The library has a number of other measures in place to keep customers and staff safe.

Our services may change at short notice.  For the latest information, see Library news.
