Green Library Hubs

Green Library Hubs is a national programme to support people to live more sustainably and take climate action.

We run our hub with the British Library, connecting global climate challenges to local priorities, such as energy costs, access to food and wellbeing.

Our Hub is run from Pancras Square Library and we’re focused on supporting communities in St Pancras, Somers Town and King’s Cross.

Who can get involved

The Green Library Hub is a welcoming space for everyone interested in practical ways to save money, learn new skills and improve your community.

We want to support everyone in taking practical action on climate change, in ways that are part of everyday life.

How you can get involved

Take part in activities and workshops, including:

  • learn repair and making skills
  • get advice on saving energy at home
  • take part in gardening and nature-based activities
  • enjoy creative sessions for children and families

You can share your ideas and help shape how our Green Library Hub works. We’ll work with you and local partners to put on sessions that reflect what matters to you.
