Camden wants to create the conditions for and harness the benefits of economic growth.  Planning frameworks and briefs help to achieve this by providing clear guidance for the areas of Camden that we expect to change and grow.  Once adopted these documents become an important consideration when assessing planning applications.

Kentish Town planning framework

We are at the early stages of preparing a planning framework for Kentish Town, which includes Regis Road and the area north of Regis Road and the railways.

Camden Goods Yard Planning Framework

The Camden Goods Yard planning framework was adopted in July 2017 and includes the Morrison’s site, Juniper Crescent, Gilbey’s Yard and a small area of Network Rail land.
