Camden Cycle Skills

Welcome to Camden Cycle Skills

Cycling in Camden continues to grow rapidly. It is a great way to keep fit, save money and beat traffic congestion.

Camden Cycle Skills teaches children and adults essential skills to cycle safely and responsibly. Anyone who lives, works or studies in Camden can join in for free. Whether first-time rider or experienced cyclist, one of our cycle training options will suit your individual abilities and goals.

Beginners’ group courses are held in the grounds of Haverstock School. Adult courses usually take place at weekends; children’s courses are held on weekdays during school holidays.

More experienced cyclists of any age can sign up for individual training with one of our qualified instructors. This training takes place on public roads, in a convenient location suitable to your experience.

Camden Cycle Skills will always try to arrange the most suitable training for everyone.  Email us at  or call 020 7974 1451 if you have further queries, want to discuss special training needs, or have difficulty registering online.

Sometimes our free cycle training courses will be oversubscribed and you may have to wait for a free place. We recommend you register early for your training, but cannot accept bookings for more than one session at a time.

All Camden cycle training follows the Department of Transport Bikeability syllabus – also known as ‘Cycle Proficiency for the 21st Century’.
