Camden Active presents… An evening of sport and physical activity engagement

Camden Active are excited to announce that we will be hosting an evening of sport and physical activity engagement for all sport and physical activity providers in Camden.

Date: 10 November 2016
Time: 6pm – 9pm
Venue: Saint Pancras Community Association, 67 Plender Street, NW1 0LB

The evening will include interactive workshops and presentations:
» Raise your profile on the web and social media
» Tips on sourcing and applying for funding
» Hear from one of Team GB’s Golden Girls, from the Rio Olympic 2016 GB hockey squad
» Camden Active Mark - a new quality and development framework

Discover a new way to get active 

Our new Camden Active Map is great way to start finding activities across Camden which are free or low cost activities and easy to access.

Whether you want to make the most of our swimming offers for residents, try a free weekly health walk or visit our new outdoor gyms – you’re sure to find something to help get active.

Kentish Town are taking part in #IAMTEAMGB, the nation's biggest ever sports day!

On Saturday 27th August Kentish Town Sports Centre is taking part in #IAMTEAMGB, the nation's biggest ever sports day! Celebrate the triumphant return of Team GB and take part in loads of FREE challenges and taster sessions.

Why not give yourself a challenge and take part in our free Triathlon on the day? There's distance options for all ages and abilities!

There is a wide range of activities which are free to take part in, including: table tennis, karate, water polo, rowing and weightlifting.

The day starts at 12pm with an appearance from a local world champion Triathlete! Activities are then running throughout the afternoon, full details below.
