Meet at Hampstead Heath Overground Station, South End Road, NW3 2QD

Parliament Hill: leisurely   9.50am – 11am
Meet at Parliament Hill Café.  Bus 214, C11 or C2 to William Ellis School, or Gospel Oak Overground station

Regent’s Park walk
Women’s Walk      10.30am to 11.30am  
Men’s Walk    11.00am to 11.30am  
Meet in  Green Light Pharmacy, 62-64 Hampstead Road, NW1 2NU.

Camden Carers Walk
2nd  Thursday of the month – leisurely
4th Thursday – more challenging
10:30am to12:30pm

Friday - Queens Crescent walk
11.45am to 12.45am. This walk is for adults with learning disabilities. Meet at Queen’s Crescent Community Centre,   45 Ashdown Crescent, NW5 4QE

All our walks are led by qualified walk leaders.


There are toilets and benches along each route and several walks end at cafes.

Do I need to book?

No, just arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the walk.

We can train your walk leaders, help develop routes, and promote your walk.
