What is yoga?

Yoga class

Yoga benefits the spirit, mind and body. Regular practice can help to enhance strength and reduce anxiety and stress.

Where are the classes?

    Friday 11.50am-12.50pm (V)
  • Pancras Square Leisure
    7 Pancras Square, Kings Cross, London N1CFriday 3.30-4.30pm (V)
    Remedial Yoga.

How do I join?

  • The first session is free.
  • After this each session costs £3 for residents and £6 for non-residents (unless stated).
  • You will need to buy an exercise voucher from any Camden library
  • Take the voucher along to the session and meet the instructor (make sure you arrive 10 minutes before your first session to register).
  • You can save time by filling out our welcome survey before attending and taking it with you.
