Morrisons superstore and petrol station planning application

The planning application for the redevelopment of the Morrisons superstore and petrol station at the former Camden Goods Yard, Chalk Farm Road was referred for decision to the Planning Committee on Thursday 23rd November 2017.

The committee resolved to grant planning permission subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement. A final decision will be issued once the Council agree the detailed wording of the s106 legal agreement with the applicant and the recommendation has completed the Stage 2 referral to the Mayor.

Camden Goods Yard planning framework On the 28th July 2017, the Cabinet Member for Growth agreed the Camden Goods Yard Planning Framework.  The framework sets out a vision and key objectives for this specific area of the borough.  It will help guide any future development of the area and will be an important consideration when assessing planning applications
