A group of runners that runs to do good. They get fit by doing physical tasks that benefit the local community. They are always open to new members. Check the website for details of upcoming runs and how to sign up. Members can go for any number of runs and don't need to have any previous running experience, just willing to give it a go. Once you have taken part in a run you will be invited to join GoodGym. Once you're trained you'll be sent missions to complete. These missions may include making deliveries to isolated older people, clearing derelict land and digging to create community gardens. Anyone can send a task and anyone can go running with them, no one gets left behind.
