High Speed Rail is recruiting an Intermediate Business Administration Apprentice

High Speed 2 www.VolkerWessels.co.uk  have an exciting opportunity for a 18+ applicant to become a Level 2 Business Administration apprentice to work with the team initially in central London and then at the works office which will be located close to junction 17 on the M25. 

•    Salary: £6.27 per hour and £250.80 per week
•    Hours: 40 hours per week
•    Duration: 14 months
•    Apprenticeship:  Apprenticeship in Business Administration (Level 2)
•    Location: Eversholt Street, Euston

Align is Joint Venture made up of Bouygues TP, Sir Robert McAlpine and VolkerFitzpatrick.  It is responsible for delivering the £965m Chilterns Tunnels and Colne Valley Viaduct contract as part of a section of the new High Speed Rail link between London and Birmingham.

The Wellcome Trust is recruiting a Facilities Management Apprentice:

The Wellcome Trust http://wellcome.ac.uk/about-us is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our Buildings, Environment and Workplace team as a Facilities Management Apprentice. During your time in this role, you will complete the British Institute of Facilities Management apprenticeship programme.

  • Salary: £357.00 per week
  • Hours: Full time
  • Duration: 18 months
  • Apprenticeship: Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Facilities Management

This apprenticeship will give you experience supporting a range of teams in this department, building key relationships across Wellcome Trust. The post holder will be part of a team providing facilities management (FM) support activities within 4 buildings in London. Gain pratical experience running our Wellcome CAFM  (computer-aided facilities management) system. And gain a broad experience working on a range of projects across different areas, with the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to critical projects.

The Institute of Group Analysis is recruiting an 18+ Administration Assistant Apprentice

The Institute of Group Analysis (IGA)http://www.groupanalysis.org/ is a charitable organisation, which provides training in group analysis and group work.  We offer a core training leading to qualification as a ‘group analyst’.  In addition, we offer a wide range of short and taster training courses, bespoke training and consultancy, CPD workshops, support for members with their Continuing Professional Development needs and a national referral service. During your time in this role, you will complete the Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship programme.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week To be worked mainly: 09.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday, 11.30 - 19.30 Thursday in term time (to accommodate the London Foundation course). This post will also include some Saturday, Sunday and evening working to support the workshop programme (currently averaging 1-3 occasions per month)
  • Salary: £258 per week = £13,416
  • Contract length: 18months
  • Apprenticeship: Advanced Business administration Level 3
  • Based: London NW3 5BY

This is an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to start working for a growing Government organisation.  As a member of the corporate centre, the successful applicant will provide a number of supporting functions to enable the smooth running of the Agency.  In particular, providing Management Information support to the Senior Information Analyst.

The St. Pancras Clinical Research is a recruiting a Patient Recruitment & Administrator Coordinator Apprentice

St.Pancras Clinical Research (SPCR) offers people, living and working in Greater London and beyond the opportunity to take-part in the development of new medicines for range of illnesses. This role specialises in clinical trials for patients with a range of medical conditions. The team consists of highly experienced and internationally recognised doctors and scientists who provide medical support to every patient who participates in their studies.

  • Salary: £250.00
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (8:30-5:30)
  • Duration: 18 months
  • Apprenticeship: Business administration Level 3
  • Based:  Gray’s Inn Road , King’s Cross

This apprenticeship will give you experience with all administrative aspects of arranging patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner, which promotes a positive image of SPCR. To succeed in this role,  you need to be highly organised, able to deal with difficult customers and use a variety of social media platforms.

Camden Council is recruiting an Insurance Assistant Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for you to train, earn and learn. Camden Council is offering an opportunity to a Camden resident, Camden secondary school or Camden care leaver to become an Insurance Assistant Apprentice and study towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship Insurance Practitioner

  • Salary: £281.57 per week for first 6 months, rising to £299.26 per week after 6 months and £316.94 after 12 month
  • Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

  • Contract length: 18 months

The Council’s insurance team makes sure each area of our organisation is protected by assessing the risks to property, people and other Council assets and making sure we have financial protection that would help put things right when things go wrong like an accident. The team also handle all claims made against the Council and decide whether any compensation is owed. In this role the apprentice will provide support to the Insurance Manager, to ensure the Council has the correct level of insurance cover in place, provide insurance advice to customers within the council and in Camden schools. Whilst undergoing training the apprentice will be allocated a small portfolio of claims and will learn how to report claims trends back to the Council.  The apprentice will also work alongside claims handlers within the team and have exposure to specialists within the insurance industry who will help the apprentice to understand the legal procedures and regulations surrounding civil action.
