Draft Canalside to Camley Street Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
The Camley Street and St. Pancras Way area is going through a number of changes. A number of development proposals are happening and likely to come forward in the near future.
We have therefore prepared a draft planning guidance to outline what we see as some of the key issues and opportunities for the area that should be addressed.
It builds upon existing policies and priorities in the adopted Local Plan and other plans. It sets out some key planning aims and design principles to help shape future development proposals in the area. This is so plans are acceptable and can deliver positive benefits and improvements. Our aim is to make the area even better for the local community.
Public consultation on the draft Canalside to Camley Street Supplementary Planning Document took place 16 July-25 September 2020. It is now closed.
