What is the Arts Award?

The Arts Award is a bit like the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award – but for the Arts. Your child can get credit for doing the things they enjoy. Things like going to gigs, talking about acts they have seen, playing their instrument and making music with others.

A Gold Arts Award can help them get the place they want at university. At our Arts Awards Club, they can spend time with other people who have similar interests. They can also find out about new ways they can be involved in the Arts both now, in their future, or even as a career.

Camden Arts Award Club

The Arts Award Club is for 11–18 year-olds who want to take an Arts Award. It takes place on three or four evenings a term throughout the year.

Students undertake their arts activity independently, but come to the Club to meet with their adviser, do required activities, and compile the portfolio they need to present to get their Award.

Arts Award Club costs £57.50 per term.
Students’ work has to be moderated - £24.50 for Bronze, £30 for Silver and £45 for Gold.

You receive a certificate after the moderation.
