We are dedicated to providing an excellent service to all of our landlords and agents. That is why each year more than 300 landlords choose to rent their property through us.

Our renting schemes were launched in 2003 to match landlords to the hundreds of people who approach us for advice and assistance each year. We are also currently working with over 100 agents both in Camden and across London.

We realise that letting your property can be complicated, costly and sometimes frustrating. We focus on providing a service that is as straightforward as possible. We also pay you a non-refundable lump sum incentive for working with us.

There are no marketing fees, you have a pool of potential tenants to choose from and access to a dedicated team to support you through the letting process. We take time to train our staff to ensure you receive the best possible service.

What can you offer me?

• a non-refundable lump sum incentive payment of up to £1,000 - payment is in lieu of you receiving a deposit and is made within 10 working days of receiving all the correct documents
• no requirement to put your deposit into one of the deposit protection schemes

• a choice of tenants who are assessed as responsible renters who have been through a secure vetting process, including proof of identification and income, benefit entitlement and address history
• a dedicated team to support you through the letting process
