Community Safety Partnership strategy
The CamdenSafe 2008/2011 strategy sets out how Camden Community Safety Partnership will address crime and community safety issues over the next three years.
The strategy is part of our statutory duty (under section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998) which requires us to work in partnership with the police and other agencies including Camden Primary Care Trust, London Fire Brigade, National Probation Services and Voluntary Action Camden.
The strategy is based on an analytical analysis of crime, community safety trends in the borough and public consultation.
The strategy outlines our strategic priorities which include tackling antisocial behaviour, tackling key crime areas and improving communication with the residents and local communities of Camden.
