A strong Camden economy that includes everyone

"During my mayoral year I want to promote access to skills, education, training and jobs for all Camden's residents and especially for young people.

I hope to have the opportunity to meet many businesses within the borough and I will encourage them to ensure that local people have access to opportunities for employment.

I want to promote local adult educational institutions that offer vocational programmes and community learning opportunities such as Westminster Kingsway, City Lit, Mary Ward Centre and the Working Men's College.

I will encourage all Camden residents, young and old, to take advantages of the opportunities that exist within Camden to enable them to improve their quality of life and be part of the strong Camden economy which is continually thriving and growing across the borough."
