Homes for older people
The homes for older people project is our plan to build two new care homes:
- one on Maitland Park Road (NW3) with nursing and extra care sheltered housing, and
- one with nursing on Wellesley Road (NW5)
Residents who currently live in our Ingestre Road and Wellesley Road care homes will move into the new Maitland Park nursing home.
Residents from Camden's Branch Hill and Saint Margaret's care homes will move into the new Wellesley Road.
We also plan to build a new Charlie Ratchford Resource Centre with extra care sheltered housing above it on Crogsland Road.
