Putting on an event
2012 is going to be an exceptional year for London. If you are planning to participate in the Jubilee, Big Lunch or Olympic and Paralympic Games celebrations by organising an event, street party or fete you will need to inform us about your plans and, depending on the nature of your event, have all the necessary licenses in place.

The deadline for applications to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee or Big Lunch on the weekend of 2-5 June 2012 has passed.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any more applications.
We aim to have a decision on all the applications that were made in time, by 18 May 2012.
Holding a small party, event or fête in a Camden street or public open space
If you’re planning an event for less than 500 people and do not intend to sell alcohol then you can use our guidance and single application form to help you contact all the right people and get the right permissions in place, on time, with the least amount of fuss.
