Local land charges
We maintain a local land charges register which contains information on the majority of properties in Camden, both residential and commercial e.g. information on conservation areas, tree preservation orders, and conditional planning permissions.
Anyone can undertake a personal search of this register (subject to a fee). We also undertake official land charges searches, normally when a property is being purchased, which provides additional information not held on the register.
Please note that we do not deal with title deeds for properties. If you are trying to find out the ownership of a specific property or piece of land please contact the District Land Registry Office.
