Camden Enterprise Week

Enterprise Week 08 in Camden got off to a great start with the New Arrivals Reception where new Camden businesses met with Council staff and each other to learn of the available support on offer in the borough.

The Camden Women’s Forum ‘Web.Wise.Women’ function was a hit with delegates. Over 80 business women networked and mingled, and debated the rise of social media such as the use of Facebook in business.

The Social Enterprise evening on Thursday saw 5 social enterprises pitch their ideas in the ‘Lion’s Lair’ at The-Hub…the audience really got into it and voted for one of the winners too. With a flurry of enquiries and great attendance across the week it was very successful Enterprise Week 08 and we are already looking forward to 09…watch this space!
