School Travel Plans
The last fifteen years have seen an increase in the number of pupils arriving at school by car. This has lead to traffic congestion,air pollution and parking problems around schools.
We are committed to working with schools to reverse this trend. All Camden schools are being encouraged to develop a School Travel Plan (STP) setting out initiatives to encourage more walking, cycling, car sharing and public transport use.
