Is it for me?
Shape-up is for you if you are:
- aged 18 years and over
- overweight with a body mass index (BMI) over 25 - easily calculate your BMI
- willing to attend all eight group sessions.
- a Camden resident
How much does it cost?
Shape-Up is free.
A Shape-Up manual is available to buy or you can borrow it from any Camden library
