Camden in Bloom
Camden in Bloom is the highly successful annual gardening competition, which encourages local people, schools and businesses to help make the borough a more beautiful place. Entries and judging take place in June each year.
We want to encourage everyone to improve the look of our streets by beautifying their space, whilst also raising the awareness of the positive impact that gardening can have on the environment.
Not only does Camden in Bloom encourage people to garden, but it helps us understand where to take judges for the prestigious London in Bloom awards, which take place in July.
In 2009, we introduced a 'food growing' category to encourage more of our residents to participate.
