Work experience
At Camden we aim to support our local community through offering work placements. We believe that work placements contribute to building a strong local economy and increases local access to skills, education, training and jobs. These are some of the objectives set out in our most recent community strategy.

Camden Council offers work experience placements to Camden school students. Placements are normally for two weeks duration and are organized through the Camden Educational Business Partnership (EBP)
As part of our corporate Employment Initiatives we offer initiatives such as work placements, internships and apprenticeships. These initiatives are aimed at providing local people the opportunity to gain work experience and a possible route into employment.
