Ward teams
Your local housing services are managed by ward teams.
The teams reflect the housing management areas which match Camden’s ward boundaries - making it easier for us to work with other services and partners who operate within the wards.
Based in your district housing office (DHO), a ward housing manager and estate services manager are responsible for your housing management service and caretaking service.
Ward housing manager
Your ward housing manager manages a team of estate officers who are responsible for the day-to-day running of your tenancy and leasehold services including neighbour nuisance and enforcement of tenancy conditions.
Estate services manager
Your estate services manager is responsible for the caretaking service and issues such as sustainability for estates and street properties.
