Making a planning application
Depending on the nature of your proposed development, you will need to apply for different - and sometimes multiple - types of planning permission or consent; and accompany your application with various kinds of supporting documentation.
Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
All applicants should now provide sufficient information to allow us to determine whether the development is liable to pay the Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
Applicants are therefore required to complete and submit the CIL additional information requirement form which should be submitted with your application(s). Guidance notes are also available.
