Parking and enforcement plan (PEP) and annual parking reports

The parking and enforcement plan is part of our overall five-year transport plan.

The PEP describes how we conduct our parking and enforcement activities and is a statement of existing policies and practices.

It covers not only the enforcement of parking regulations but also of bus lanes and certain moving traffic 'offences' (such as banned turning movements) for which we are now responsible.
