Bloomsbury Square Underground Car Park
This unique car park has 450 parking spaces on seven levels. Designed in the 1960s, it was the first underground car park in London to incorporate a double helix design.
Bloomsbury Square underground car park is the only purpose-built commercial car park operated by Camden Council and caters for both casual and contract parking.

Security
We provide 24-hour on-site protection and closed circuit TV. We are the only local parking facility accredited under the British Parking Association safer parking scheme. The car park is crime-free, clean and attended by friendly, helpful staff.
Car parking charges
We have special rates for local residents, hotel guests, hospital consultants, businesses and annual commercial users who pay in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions on any of our special pre-booked rates.

Motorcycle parking
Motorcycles always park at half the price of the car parking rate.
Electric vehicle parking
We currently have nine spaces available on a first come, first served basis, and we will add more spaces from time to time as the need arises. The electricity is free, and the parking rates are as follows:
- up to nine hours, half the price of the car parking rate
- over nine hours, charges revert to normal car parking rates in any 24-hours.
